Answer by craigmacd
yes they are fun and look neat, I am not aware of any where they are street legal, the size is a very limiting factor treat it like a go-cart as far as where you can ride it at 110 cc you should try racing it?

Answer by Robert
if it is street legal why not, tag, title,&registration

Answer by Helli
you’ll probably get it in-pounded by the police as they are not allowed any more in public places don’t risk it!!!!

Answer by will work for food
I don’t know if it’s ligal (I don’t know what that means) but I doubt it’s LEGAL to ride on the streets.

Answer by Josh H
if it is not registered and insured for the street, it is illegal to operate on the street with an engine of that size

Answer by Firecracker .
Not in my state.
It cannot be registered.
It will not be given a title.
The seller must inform the buyer of these laws.

I doubt the law is much different where you live.
Most states have some variation of these laws.

Get a new one. Because the spring inside might be broken or streched out.

Answer by Jervin
its better to get a new one.

Answer by cr500
There is nothing wrong with the speedo.

This to create the illusion you are going fast so when the cop issues you that fat citation, you can tell you buddies that the officer had to go 90 to catch you.

Normally I would say go drink a beer and relax, but in this case, consume 8 oz of milk.

Answer by bikinkawboy
First of all, I guess if you want to go the really easy route, ride alongside someone traveling a known speed (i.e. a speedo more accurate than yours). If you’re doing 45 when the speedo shows 80, use some of the little vinyl stick on numbers to paste a 45 over the 80. You could do this on the outside glass or take it apart and paste them to the face of the speedo. Do this at several speeds, say 20, 30,40, etc.

I’m sure it’s a mechanical speedometer, so if you want to take the hard route, remove the outer shell. It may come apart easily or you may have to gently unroll the metal lip of the front outside ring. It’s bent over the backside of the instrument shell. You can pry it up a little bit at a time going around and around. Bent it too far the first time and you’ll stretch the metal.

Once apart, you’ll see the needle is attached to a small metal thing that looks like a soup bowl. A coiled watch spring is attached to this thing. You will need to increase the tension of the spring. On most, the end of the spring is pegged into a small hole with a little tapered pin. You’ll need to remove the peg, slip a little more of the spring into the hole and reinsert the peg. You’ll then need to test it to see how close your calibration is.

A easy way to calibrate it is to first know the amount of error. Before working on it, check the end of the speedo cable into an electric drill, run the drill and notice the indicated speed. In your case, yours is an astounding 35 mph fast, so you’ll need to keep adjusting the spring and running the drill until your indicated speed is 35 less than the drill indicated speed.

Personally, I’d find little sticky numbers and either paste them to the lens or the instrument face. A lot of shops that make signs have lasers that will cut anything you want out of a piece of adhesive backed vinyl.

Can You Get a 110cc Engine in a Pocket Bike That Had a 49cc Engine It It?

Question by Bill AUL: Can you get a 110cc engine in a pocket bike that had a 49cc engine it it?

I Have a pocket bike and i want to go a little faster and want to know if i would be able to put a 110cc engine in it with minimal modifications?

Best answer:

Answer by Jεrry
I don’t think so. A 110 is too large for a small pocket bike. You could compare and see but it would be very difficult as you would have to cut and weld the pocket bike frame to suit.

Answer by Mike M
yes you can !!!!!!!!!!!! in fact you can put in a 125cc….the pic in my profile is a honda z50r they came with a 49 cc engine….it was shot when I got the bike so i put in a lifan 110cc with a manual clutch….everything bolted correct….i had to buy engine as a package though….carb coil and cdi all came with engine…i got it a bit cheaper than normal…..I won it on ebay for 202.00 dollars….so the real answer is YES YOU CAN…

Change the gearing (sprocket size)

Answer by Bandett
you can buy some little nitro bottles to hook up to it,, google it.

Answer by flubster666
chuck it off a very tall building! If you are serious i doubt after market mods are available in all honesty

Answer by kgsgolf
Go downhill.
Grab onto a Ferrari’s bumper.
Lose weight.
Add more air to your tires. A lot!
Use a sail, hope for wind.
Drive in opposing traffic lanes. You won’t actually go faster but it will seem like it.
Put on bus bike rack, ride bus.
Carry bike, run fast.

Answer by Josh H
I’ve done this before. Upgrade your airfilter, Get a larger diameter carb. and upgrade your exhaust. Big Bore kits are AMAZING and if you can hook up a nitro bottle, that would be sweet too. Run higher octane fuel, and also change your sprocket size. Keep in mind, you may lose acceleration when you do this

Good luck! :)

Answer by PonyDriver
Replace the bike with a REAL motorcycle. It will go faster

A Question About Gas to Oil Ratios for Mini-Mid-Size- Motorcycles (Super Pocket Bikes)?

I am planning on getting the x22 fighter
(http://www.xtremefirepower.com/POCKET-BIKES/c4/p211/GS-59B-110/product_info.html)
It says that there is oil mixing required. It doesn’t show the oil to gas ratio though. Can someone help me figure out what it is? It is a 4 stroke 110cc with a fuel tank capacity of 0.7 gallons.
Any answers (not dumb) would certainly be appreciated. Thanks for your cooperation,
Adam
Don’t say it is a Chinese piece of junk for I am aware of that. Do not tell me how to spend my money. If I want to waste money on a motorcycle that will "break within a couple days" then fucking let me!
