Its not going to matter, its not legal to ride on the road anyway.

wire mesh rolled up & shoved in the pipe will make it quieter…..

we call it Chicken wire in Australia..

its mesh about 1/16 wire woven into mesh with 1 inch holes…

roll up a piece about 6 inches by a foot… so its small enough to fit in the pipes & shove it in.. it should start to unroll in the pipe so shouldnt need anything to hold it in….

dude pocket bikes are not street legal. if you get caught riding a pocket bike on the street you will get a ticket and your bike will be impounded.

first of all you could put things in the exhaust as others have mentioned, also, don’t rev the engine as much at night, there’s not realy alot you can do to make them quieter,
but just as a warning, my friend was on one of these, he was followed by an off-duty cop and he got sent to court for riding one of these, altho he had a road legal motorcycle helmet on, and a proper padded bike jacket, he wasn’t causing a nuisance, he was just having a 10 min ride before the bike was put away for winter. he wasn’t going mad or anything, he had just been off road on it (on flat ground) and there are no signs saying that bikes are not aloud on the Field where he was riding but he got caught from the 30 second ride from the gate from the Field to his house, the cop in that time had followed him and bashed the back wheel of the bike (with his car) forcing him on the footpath, and since he was forced to mount the foot path with the bike (this was all in a coulder sac) he got 4 points for mounting the path (altho he was forced), 6 points on his license for when he applies for it, a £300 fine for ridin illegally (not ilegal for off road bit but for the quick drive home – bearing in mind its an extremely quiet area, bearly any vehicles go down there) but he managed to keep the bike because there was only a witness but there was no picture proof, the cop used his dad as a witness (he was in the car asleep when it happened) so all together he got 10 points on his license and a pretty big fine (for what is was) and was extremely lucky to keep the bike, my mate didn’t know the person following was a cop, he thort he was one of the general pricks who hate bikers. so is it reely nesercary to risk getting all that an if the cop is on duty they can take your bike and crush it. if theres a legal way of riding it there (through feilds) then go ahead do it but when getting from one feild to another the engine has to be off and you gota have the back wheel in the air (my other mate got a £150 fine for pushing a non road legal bike on the path cause he wasnt carrying the back wheel – the bike was out of fuel and its a 150cc dirt bike so it would of been heavy anyway :/ )

It doesn’t matter cause your mini bike is not street legal. It’s not legal to ride on the sidewalk either. You have to walk, or bum a ride to work until you can afford a bicycle, moped, or scooter.
